Instead of directing AI task by task, you define what success looks like. Ambient Agents figure out how to achieve and sustain it, working continuously in the background to plan, act, orchestrate workflows, and adapt as conditions change.

How we work
We are an Atlanta-based, founder-led company at an inflection point: the product is live, the AI market is exploding, and we are ready to build a repeatable revenue engine.
The team is small, so every person owns a whole outcome and works directly with the founder. You see the effect of your work on the product and on customers in weeks, not quarters. We hire people who set their own priorities, follow through, and would rather write the playbook than inherit one.
Open roles
Founding Forward Deployed Engineer
Take customer deployments from technical discovery through production and ongoing improvement. You’ll write production code, connect systems, configure Ambient Agents, and build reusable delivery practices alongside our founder and engineering team. Bring roughly five or more years of software engineering experience, hands-on LLM or agentic systems work, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Founding Go-to-Market Lead
Bring our operational AI platform to its first customers. As our first commercial hire, you’ll work directly with the CEO to choose where we focus and build a repeatable way to win business. You’ll put that strategy into practice through outbound prospecting, workshops that generate sales opportunities, and partnerships, managing deals from the first conversation through closing. This is a full-time, hybrid role in Atlanta, with a $90K–$110K base salary, $150K–$180K in on-target earnings with uncapped commission, and 0.75%–1% equity.
